As the local market and industry has been constantly developing, at the beginning of the 90's
there appeared both new producers and distributors of welding materials.
METALWELD-FIPROM POLSKA set up in Poland, Tychy in 1993 is an example
of such a new company.

Metalweld-Fiprom
Polska was created by few initiative people, who asked Slovenian Steelworks
Holding Fiprom Jesenice (at present Elektrode Jesenice) for a technological
support. Elektrode Jesenice has been recognised as worldwide producer
of welding materials for 50 years. |

Due to the support,
Metalweld gained quite a big part of a market, offering a
wide range of electrodes used in welding and hardfacing also
welding wires for low alloyed and high alloyed steels (welding using
MIG/MAG, TIG methods), flux-cored wires, agglomerated welding fluxes
and wires for submerged ARC welding.
At the end
of 1999 our firm changed its location and moved to a new place in
Sosnowiec, Mikolajczyka Street 57.

The quality of our products has been approved by many classification societies
like UDT, PRS (local) and DB, TÜV, LR, BV, DNV, ABS (foreign) and other.
The products offered by our company make out a full and high-standard
offer, which will surely meet the demand of the exacting users of
