In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and the dynamic changes of the epidemiological situation in Poland and abroad, in the interests of the safety of both, yours and our employees, as well as in the sense of social responsibility, Metalweld Fiprom Polska Sp. z o.o. introduces the following changes in our organization, which are valid until further notice:


1. The Sales Department will work mostly in remote mode.

The company headquarters will operate in limited range (only Logistics Department and warehouse). Please contact us via mobile phones (including WhatsApp and Skype) and email. Our employees are at your disposal during business hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM GMT+1)> telephones and contacts are reminded below.

2. Please place orders in advance. Order processing may be extended due to transport or production restrictions. We will do our best to process orders or respond to inquiries as soon as possible, but we look forward to your understanding in this matter, if it does not happen immediately.

3. Electronic documents.

In the context of the remote work, we would like to inform you that documents delivered in traditional form (postal) will reach us with a delay, which may result in longer processing (e.g. postponement of payment). Please send all the documents in electronic form.

4. All deliveries and collections must be notified each time and confirmed by our employees.

5. Drivers entering our premises should be equipped with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves, etc.
